Ian Yesberg

Ian Yesberg – F Fin, Registered BAS Agent, Certificate IV in Financial Services (Accounting), Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, QBO ProAdvisor

Ian established Regional Business Services in 2000 after 25 years in the banking industry, and has worked with many small/medium businesses from a wide range of industries through the ups and down of the economic cycle. Ian has experience in commercial lending for property development, general business, housing loans and agribusiness (mainly beef cattle production). He has worked in Rockhampton, Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Ian has close ties with the North Queensland community having lived in Townsville for more than 20 years and held honorary positions with the Townsville Chamber of Commerce, NQ Small Business Centre and the Townsville Maritime Museum.

Ian is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a member of the Australian Bookkeepers Network. He has a comprehensive knowledge of Quickbooks, Xero, Reckon and MYOB and the many add-ons available to improve and simplify your business processes. In his spare time Ian loves travelling, enjoying the great outdoors and catching up with family and friends.


Trent Yesberg

Trent Yesberg – BCom (JCU), Registered BAS Agent, QBO Advanced ProAdvisor, Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Trent has a background in business banking and finance having worked for Westpac in various service divisions. He joined Regional Business Services to apply his knowledge and experience to the small/medium business sector and the unique challenges they face.

Having lived and worked in a variety of locations including Townsville, Airlie Beach, Gladstone and Brisbane, Trent understands the economic differences and interdependencies of the North Queensland small/medium business sector. Trent enjoys the relaxed lifestyle Townsville has to offer, spending time with family and friends exercising, socialising and travelling.


Tess Dickenson

Tess Dickenson – Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping)

Tess has been working for RBS for over 10 years. Tess has a sound knowledge of the bookkeeping requirements for the building, retail, medical, rural industries and not-for-profit sectors and understands QuickBooks, Reckon and MYOB software programs.

As a former Leonards Chicken franchisee in Mareeba, Tess also understands the necessity to manage your financial records in a timely manner. Tess has a love for playing the ukulele, cooking for family and friends and spending time with her grandchildren.


Shantelle Yesberg

Shantelle Yesberg – BAcc (CQU), Registered BAS Agent, QBO Advanced ProAdvisor

Shantelle joined RBS after a 8 year banking career with Westpac Banking Corporation. Whilst working, Shantelle successfully completed a Bachelor of Accounting with Central Queensland University which allowed her to enhance both her work and understanding in both the Commercial and Private Bank Sectors within Westpac in both Gladstone and Townsville.

Shantelle has embraced the bookkeeping business and understands the benefits of having a complete and accurate set of financial records and is committed to undertaking this task for our clients. Shantelle has a sound knowledge of QBO, ServiceM8 and Reckon. She is embracing the cloud based applications and can show clients the efficiencies in using the latest technology available to our bookkeeping industry. Shantelle loves to read a good book, paddle her kayak on the Ross River and travelling to exotic locations.


Regina Chan

Regina Chan – Diploma in Management Studies & Certificate in Management (Singapore Institute of Management)

Regina's career in business, finance and accounting is extensive having lived in Singapore and Australia working for a range of small to mid-sized organisations.

Regina is highly experienced in the full spectrum of the financial operation of businesses including payroll processing, data entry, accounts reconciliation, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, BAS and PAYG preparation and lodgement. Regina is competent in using a range of accounting software including MYOB, Reckon, Xero and QuickBooks Online. Regina enjoys her daily walks with her dog at the beach, swimming, cooking and good food.


Catherine Hogan

Catherine Hogan – Certificate III in Business Administration (MEGT Institute)

Catherine is currently completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Financial Management at James Cook University.

She has worked in a variety of office environments and retail businesses in North Queensland involved in data entry, office administration and the preparation and lodgement of tax returns. Catherine is experienced in using accounting software including MYOB and QuickBooks Online.

Catherine loves spending time with friends and family in her spare time.
